    RE: Dismissal From Work Appeal

    Following my dismissal from (company name) as the head chef on May 4th 2012, I hereby wish to submit my appeal for the dismissal. It is from the job that I have supported my family and my dismissal would mean doom to both me and my entire family.

    The reason for my dismissal was failure to place an order for supplies in good time and that made some customers to miss out on their favorite food. I am obliged to order supplies according to the list given to me by the store keeper.

    However, on the day that I failed to order for the supplies, he had not forwarded the list to me and when I contacted him, he confirmed that the supplies were still in stock and so I had no reason to doubt him.

    Attached here is a copy of a mail including the one that I sent the storekeeper asking for the list of supplies to be ordered and his reply confirming the availability of the alleged supplies.

    With this evidence, I feel that I should not be wholly blamed for the inconvenience. However, I beg to be offered my job back and promise to always be very cautious in discharging my duties.
