How To Write A Business Apology Letter

  • By | Comments Off

A business apology letter is written to business partners or customers when apologizing for something done wrongly hence breaking the terms of business, such as, when goods are not delivered in a good state to a customer.

There are several factors to be considered when writing a business letter. These aspects make up the format of the letter: –

    • Make reference to the situation with salutation
    • Acknowledge the damage and take full responsibility
    • State your role at the company in relation to the situation
    • Give an assurance that the same will not occur again
    • Show responsibility by providing a form of restitution
    • End the letter

Below is a good example of a business apology letter.
