Acceptance Letter For Job Offer

  • By | Comments Off

A job acceptance letter is written by an employee to an employer to show that the new employee has accepted the job position given to him or her.

In most occasions job acceptance is done through phone calls but it is good to write a letter to clarify this acceptance. This letter is normally brief and has the following elements: –

    • Appreciation of the employment
    • The terms of employment (conditions)
    • The term of employment (period and starting date)

This letter must not have grammatical errors since it may make the employer think that employing you was a mistake. In the letter, make sure that you make the employer feel you are really up to the task.

Express your gratitude towards the position offered to you and how much it means to you. Also make sure that you explain your willingness to work with your new employer for the better of the company or business organization.

It should also be professional and straight to the point. Below is a good example of how you should write such a letter.
